Hi Everyone,

We have another WARGS meeting coming up on the 15th.

Anyone who is interested in running something should speak up. However I will be assuming that Grant will continue his Shadowrun games and Paul will turn up with an excellent assortment of games.

Myself and Susan will also bring a variety of Boardgames with Susan plannig on bring a new game called Mwahahaha. How can you go wrong with evil genius's trying to take over the world.

See you there.

Hugs

Nasia

I'd be more than happy to dig out another Shadowrun Mission for anyone who would like to play Smile

Cheers
Grant

Thought you were thinking about trailing an NY mission?

I'll be there. I can GM something horrible and squid like if there is any demand. Shadowrun would be cool. Also have a copy of the Shogun board game that I am trying to learn how to play if anyone wants me to bring that along?

I'll be there. I might run something if I get organised in time - perhaps Dogs in the Vineyard, Don't Rest Your Head, Psi-Run, Red Box Hack or Carry if I buy it.

Yay!

When are you back in the country Anarchangel?

Liam, Shogan is a good game but it is a long game. It will take at least 2 hours. With WARGS not being overly long it might get played or people may well be more keen for a couple of shorter games. Up to you if you want to bring it or not.

So it sounds like lots of variety. Thats always good.

Hugs

Potentially, but I don't think they'll be out in time. Also there was some discussion suggesting that people weren't in a desperate hurry for them. It'll probably be one of the Denver missions for the upcoming Wargs.

Cheers
Grant

If there are enough people interested, I could run D&D Games day module.
Possibly even with free stuff.

Mwahahaha! Does take about an hour & a half to play, more for explaining if needed.

Considering I won't be able to make the D&D day, that would be cool!

It's an ashcan about amnesiac psychics on the run creating the backstory through their memory recovery. Requires zero prep, but I'm waiting on a copy of the character sheet.

How long is the WARGS session then?

You could certainly fit shogan into WARGS. However most of the boardgamers who turn up would prefer to play 2 or 3 shorter games rather than one game that takes the whole session.

Also the game day is going well. One person didnt turn up to the first session so his place went to the first interested person to turn up.
