Hi Everyone,
We are coming up to the first WARGS meeting of the year in just a couple of weeks.
I hope to see many of you there and ready for another year of great gaming. I believe Grant will be there to run Shadowrun and hopefully we will have a couple of other rpg's available as well.
Susan and myself as usual will bring some of our boardgames, we will certainly be taking requests for what to bring but I was thinking Dominion would be a good thing to bring.
Hugs all

Any chance for some more flyers or akin to be sorted so WGS can get more of a word out?
I know there has been one request for El Capitan, but that is the only board game request that I know of.
Any one have any others? |

I am about 99% sure I will turn up. I will bring both this years and last years Kapcon Call of Cthulhu games if anyone wants to play. If you are keen then probably worth while rustling up a few extras to join in.
Games are:
Eagle one down - Cthulhu Vietnam War stylem(Min 4 people max 6) or
Horror on the High Seas - Classic USA 1920s style mystery horror on a luxury liner (need 5-6) |

Go on, turn up and play in Liam's very awesome Call of Cthulhu game. It may be your last chance to play in one of his games for a while.
I keep hearing how good Liam's Call of Cthulhu games are and fate keeps conspiring to prevent me from playing.
For once I will be there, and keen to play. Hopefully there will be enough other players there too. |

Just to update, that I may not be leaving for Sudan as fast as I was expecting and a small possibility that I may not go at all. We call it "hurry up and wait" in the Army!
I had my environmental health brief today and it was a little worrying. I think the thing that grossed me out the most was lots of different types of worms that can get into your insides and some can grown up to a metre or more in length. This included one that chews its way out of your skin after living inside you for a year! |

As a "Call of Cthulhu" GM you'll be using this image only in a sane and responsible manner, right? Right? Ri--
Ah, forget it. Can I fail my SAN check now, please, and get it over with? |

I am keen to come along this week and will probably bring my wife along, and the Battlestar Galactica board game which is freaking awesome and I'd love to play again. Since it works best with more players, I haven't had many chances to play it yet. |
