Turnbull House was booked out on that weekend. Hence a change in venue.

So Day of Games will now be held in the Brooklyn Community Centre?
How are they placed for separate rooms?

Yes.

No idea.

Hopefully Sophie will be along to explain the change and the venue.

In the meantime we can shake our fists at the sky and complain about having to deal with a CHANGE.

Curse you, different thing!

Hi guys,

Yes, the venue has changed due to Turnbull House being booked out that weekend.

Brooklyn Community Center has 3-4 separate spaces we can use, one of which is a hall so pretty big. As we usually have to share rooms at TB House I decided this was ok. We also have exclusive use of the venue so can use the spaces however we want.

It also has the added bonus of having on site parking and a regular bus route (the #7) that drops people off at the end of the street. There are good food options 5 minutes walk away (a decent cafe, a good curry place, burgers and 2x fish and chip shops) not to mention Paramount Cinema cafe.

So as some people have booked flights and arranged time off over that weekend I decided that keeping the date was the best option.

Embrace the change. It's good for you :D

Hooray... Somewhere with good coffee nearby... Gotta love that! (also at this stage I can still come... So I'm pretty happy)
